This results file provides summary association statistics for the analyses described Michailidou et al (Nature, 2017). Summary association statistics for overall, ER-positive and ER-negative breast cancer are provided (summary numbers are available here). The results file includes results for the OncoArray and iCOGS datasets, and the combined results from eleven additional GWAS. The summary results are based on imputation to the 1000 Genomes Project Phase 3 reference panel. The results are for women of European ancestry only.
